He is survived by: his wife Onie Mae Wilkins of Osceola; his children, Richard Wilkins, Sr. of Jonesboro, Margaret Lambert (Tommy) of Osceola and Patricia Wilkins of Benton; his siblings, Thomas Wilkins of Concord, CA, Lonnie Wilkins of Sallisaw, OK, Tony Wilkins of Bay Point, CA, Keith Wilkins of Haywood, CA, Betty Gray of Pine Bluff, Sandra Wilkins of Blytheville and Belzora Glinsey of Haywood, CA; and his children, Geraldine, Shirley, Sally Ann, Billy Ray, Frank, Jessie, Leroy, Tiffany, Zachary, Antonio, Laquisha and Nancy. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
