He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Blake and Patricia Porter Lackey; and his brothers, Tim Blake and Chris Blake. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Blake of Osceola; his children, Jamie Blake (Melissa) of Lepanto, AR, Justin Blake of Searcy, AR, Tracy Blake of Corning, AR, Tyler Blake (Samantha) of Osceola, Ginger Clifton (Don) of Beebe, AR and Blake Davis of Powhatan, AR; and his brother Joey Blake (Chris) of Indiana. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
