He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse South and Martha Chism. He is survived by: his son Nick Page (Kara); and his siblings, Billy South (Cheryl Metcalf), Carolyn Gardner (Ronnie), Mary Jo Chumley and Diane Chism. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
