He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Jacobs and Jessie Mae Williams Jacobs; his children, Kevonta Jacobs and Rachel Jacobs; and his siblings, Allen Overman, Joe Overman and Mary Marie Buchanan.
He is survived by: his wife Beurnestine Jacobs of Osceola; his daughters, Keesha Jones of Osceola and Kedaysheunia Jones of Osceola; and his siblings, Frankie Lee Jacobs of Osceola, Bonnie Jacobs of Osceola, Lavonne Hooks (Calvin) of Jonesboro, Emma Whitfield (Luther) of Osceola and Minnie Alexander of Osceola. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
