He was predeceased by: his parents, Vondus Goodman and Evelyn Goodman; and his brothers, Vondus "Butch" Goodman, Ricky Goodman and Jacob McHaffey.

He is survived by: his wife Gayle Goodman; his sons, Aaron Jones and Richard Goodman; his grandchildren, Nicole Jones, Aaron Jones Jr., Ethan Jones and Patrick Jones; and his siblings, Dana Bernaki and Kevin Goodman.
