She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Love and Andrew Welby Young; her sons, B. Welby Alexander Billings and Bradford Young Billings; and her husband Paul Barrett Billings.
She is survived by: her son Paul Barrett Billings, Jr. (Lee) of Memphis; her grandchildren, Lane Torrence Billings of New York City and Paul Barrett Billings III (Stephanie) of Hyattsville, MD.; her great grandchildren, Emma Caroline, Ainsley Elizabeth, Ava Marie and June Elise Billings; her grandchildren, Sarah Caroline Billings of New York City and Benjamin Lawrence Billings; and her sister Rebecca Young Chiles (Russ). She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
