She is survived by: her son Gregory Johnson; and her siblings, Billy Ray Johnson, Kenneth Wayne Johnson (Shelly), Randy Ray Johnson (Melanie), Scotty Dale Johnson (Ellen), Betty Ann Boone, Phyllis Jean Moore, Mary Lea England (James), Lisa Gaye Butterworth (Dale), Connie Darlene Cunningham (Gary), Rhonda Gail West (Shane), Teresa Evonne Hembrey, Tina Marie McKaskle and Vicky Lynn Brooks (Jimmy). She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
