With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann Barnes of Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barnes and Nelda Stovall Barnes; and her sister Cathy Pannell. She is survived by: her husband Billy Wilson of Osceola; her children, Richard Blagg of Monette, Regina Strop of Joiner and Alisha Higgs of Jonesboro; and her sisters, Anita Barnes and Michelle Barnes of Osceola. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
