It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Thomas of Osceola, Arkansas, born in Turrell, Arkansas, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Buford and Everlina Jones Buford; her husband Anderson Thomas; and her siblings, Sidney Buford, Jr., Roosevelt Buford, Castelle Buford, Shirley Ann Buford, Vera Jean Buford, Evonne Williams and Bernice McNeal.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Keith Thomas of Joiner, Gerald Thomas (Martricia) of Blytheville, Jackie Lee Thomas (Consuela) of Wilson, Tina Brown (Albert) and Juanita Lee Thomas of Osceola; and her brother MacArthur Buford of Wyomie, MS. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, a host of great and great great grandchildren.
