It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonnie Chitwood of Osceola, Arkansas, born in Everton, Arkansas, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Garner and Jane Garner; and her husband Auten Chitwood Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Clifton Chitwood (Eva) and Clark Chitwood (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Zachary C. Chitwood, Rue Beyer (Mike), Abigail Blythe Giffin (Andy), Welsh Chitwood (Martina) and Doug Stanberry (Nancy); her great grandchildren, Ana Beyer, Auten Giffin, Madeline Giffin, Reese Chitwood, Deacon Chitwood and Shelby Stanberry; and her brother Conrad Garner.
