He is survived by: his children, Stephen Douglass IV (Debbie), Leslie Rowsey and Billie Ann Poynor; his grandchildren, John Douglass (Summer), Tyler Douglass (Courtney), Courtney Douglass, Hayden Rowsey, Blaire Rowsey and Lari Lyn Poynor; and his great grandchildren, Amanda Douglass, Blayke Douglass, Isaac Pendly, William Rowsey and Amelia Freeman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
