She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Kincaid and Callie Kincaid; her husband Bud Bell; and her siblings, Jim Kincaid, Nora Harris and LaVern Haynes.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Bell (Vickie) and Barry Bell (Carla); her grandchildren, Nathan Bell (Julianne), Natalie Mosley (Keith), Nicholas Bell (Meredith), Briah Bell, Tyler Bell, Brandon Floyd and Paul Pena; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Emmett, Annie Mosley, Scarlett, Jack, Brooklyn, Luke Bell, Hudson, Everett Bell, Briley, Ethan Pena and Kye Shannon.
