He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Crosthwait and Ruth Crosthwait; and his wife Anna Beth Crosthwait. He is survived by: his sons, Bob Crosthwait (Debbie) and Jack Crosthwait; his grandchildren, Jim Crosthwait, John Crosthwait and Caroline Crosthwait; his sister Martha Crosthwait; his nephew Steve Gillespie; and his niece Casey Zvanut. He is also survived by friends; and fur babies.
