She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson W. Birchett and Ruby M. Birchett; her husband Paul Dwain Addison; her son Johnny Wayne Olive; and her sister Bonnie Condery Knapp.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Sue Arnett (Darin); her grandchildren, Courtney Putman (Bradley), Tyler Matthews (Courtney), Jonathan Olive and Jeremy Olive (Alexandria); her great grandchild Jack Franklin Putman; her sister Peggy Harris of Lynchburg, VA; and her daughter-in-law Judy Olive Cambra. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
