He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Hall (Jeff) of Trumann, Cynthia Azucena (Saul) of Blytheville and Kimberly Perez of Blytheville; and his grandchildren, Ashley Jones, Dylan Jones, Latisha Gordon, Marissa Perez, Isaac Azucena, Daniel Azucena and Jonathan Azucena. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; one brother and four sisters.
