It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleveland Pannell Jr. of Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland and Willie Mae Boone Pannell, Sr.; and his siblings, Eugene Pannell and Donna Gail (Rusty Delancey). He is survived by: his daughter Ashley "Nicky" Delancey of McCrory; his sisters, Carolyn Myrick of Burdett and Debbie Brennan of Ruleville, MS; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Nicole Finley and Caden Finley of McCrory.
