He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Allard and Christine Allard; and his grandparent Loralee Higdon. He is survived by: his wife Fothoma Allard; his children, Bobby Allard (Jeanne Dent) of Armorel and Tamatha Barnard of Steele, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Caleb Barnard (Holly), Wesley Barnard (Krysten), Chelsea Dubar (Brock Hart), Raegan Mitchell (Jacob), Cody Allard, Audrey and Abigail Payne; his great grandchildren, Marlee, Mason Barnard, Addison, Avery Winstead, Myla, Oakley Dubar, Deacon, Livie and Evie Mitchell; and his brother Leonard "Joe" Allard (Brenda).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tyler Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Number 8 Cemetery.
