He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Leveritt; his grandson Brad Hughes; and his siblings, Gradie Dean Leveritt and Beulah Leveritt. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Leveritt; his children, Tammy Wood (Brandon), Tonia Childress (Lonnie), Wesley Hughes and Wade Hughes (Cathy); his grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Travis Smith, Dayli Baker, Remington Wood, Cory Wood, Jaxon Wood and Amanda Russell; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Piper, Lyndi and Christian; and his sister Sadie Malone (Chuck).
