She was predeceased by: her husband Brad Lebsack; and her daughter May Harris. She is survived by: her parents, William Cochran of Perryville and Malinda Pruitt of Russellville; her children, Phillip James Lebsack of Atkins, Janie (Tim Homan) and Relinda Woodring; her stepdaughters, Sarah Lebsack Ayala and Tara Lebsack; and her siblings, William Allen Cochran of Missouri, Jeff Hendly of Monticello and Belinda Kenner of Knoxville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
