She is survived by: her son Robert Slaughter of Georgetown, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Tasha Thornton of Virginia, Cody Thornton of California, Chance Thornton of New Jersey, Allissa Newberry, Chad Slaughter and Emily Slaughter; her great grandchildren, Seth McVay, Tristan Ball, Roman Thornton, Amira Thornton, Waverly Thornton, London Thornton, Josie Burch and Lucas Boerjan; and her siblings, Danny Wortham, Achel Wortham, Curtis Wortham, Pat Williams and Irene Terry.
