She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Phillips of Springdale, Matthew Phillips (Beverly Jones) of Onia, Arkansas and Lydia Sartain of Heber Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Oliver, Ethan, Madison, Cassandra, Maxton, Bennett and Elias; and her sister Linda Myers (Lloyd) of Alta, Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
