He is survived by: his parents, Karen Harlan (Fletcher) and Wayne Harlan; his friend Justin; his brother Brandon Harlan (Anna); his grandmothers, Marie Fletcher (Lee) and Patricia Harlan (Lyons); and his niece Whitney Harlan. He is also survived by his parents, brother, sister-in-law, niece, grandparents.
