He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence and Myra Lawrence (Balentine); his siblings, Olis (Ola), Logan, Parnell (Eudene), Carlos, Ora Balentine (Aaron), Wanda Fox (Uriel), Leland, Loland, Dewey and Alma; and his parents-in-law, Floyd and Monnie Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Brewer; his daughter Sherry Johnson (Lawrence) of Onia; his grandsons, Brady Johnson (Jennifer) of Timbo and Luke Johnson (Emily) of Timbo; his sister Nona Mae Ramsey (Cle) of Onia; his sisters-in-law, Ethel Mae and Ovie Lawrence; his great grandchildren, Parker, Jack and Oakley Jean Johnson; and also Eugene. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
