She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lee Eaton and Susan Eaton (Lawler); and her sisters, Linda Consavage, Susan Eaton and Mary Eaton.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Getchell of Omaha; and her brother Raymond Eaton (Jackie) of Ansonia, CT..

Memorials may be made to Ozark Humane Society, P. O. Box 542, Harrison, AR 72602 in Virginia's honor.
