He was predeceased by: his parents, Johanna Holtkamp and Mohrfeld; and his siblings, Jerry, James, Gloria, Becky and Corky (Verna).
He is survived by: his wife Verna Mae Oberbroeckling; his children, Kevin, Kathy, Barry, Doug (Fatima), Chris and Rob (Amy); his close friend Cindy Hogan; and his siblings, Laverna Larson, Dan Holtkamp, Larry Holtkamp and Mary Lou Dailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
