He is survived by: his parents, Geary Philip and Margaret Souter (Hamelton); his wife Marilyn Souter; his daughters, Rachel Ridgway (Chris) of Maysville, OK and Logan Souter of Bartlesville, OK; his grandson Michael Ridgway; and also Margaret Souter.
