He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Cook (Rita) of Bergman, Arkansas, April Tremblay (John) of Chesapeake Beach and Laurie Cook of Omaha, Arkansas; his friend Michael Owens of Harrison, Arkansas; his granddaughters, Jennifer (Andy), Danielle (James) and Jessica (John); and his great grandchildren, Kathryn, Adam, Kaylee, Emily, Nathan, Mason and Adin.
