He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrick Heinen and Catherina Heinen (DeJalle); his granddaughter Kirstie Heinen; and his siblings, Enny, Mia and Joep.
He is survived by: his child God Catholic Church; his wife Pat Heinen (O'Donnell); his son Chris Heinen (Joni); his grandchildren, Tristan Heinen, Jaden Gehrs and Ryle Gehrs; his nieces, Leann Bartlett of Waldron, Anny Rabeling, Rebecca Slegers and Patricia Palmen of The Netherlands; and also Chanda Heinen.
