He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rand and Mabel Rand (Head); his brother Bob Rand of Omaha; and his daughter Tami Hurley of Kansas. He is survived by: his wife Carylon Blevins Rand of Omaha; his children, Crystal Chaney of Kansas City, Carlena Anderson of Omaha and Jason Rand (Shannon) of Branson, Missouri; his sister Marilyn Rousey of Berryville; and his sister-in-law Deanie Rand of Omaha. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
