He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Frances Fisher (Flynn) and Lloyd Anthony Richardson; and his stepfather Willis Wilbur Fisher (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lois Richardson (Butler); his children, David Keith and Sonya Kaye Condon (Dave); his grandson Austin Jarrett Calloni (Hailey); and his siblings, Larry Fisher (Ruth) and Kaye Quinn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
