He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rand and Mable Rand (Head). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Rand of Omaha, Arkansas; his daughter Carol Sanders of Branson, Missouri; and his siblings, Marilyn Rousey of Berryville, Arkansas and Jerry Rand of Omaha, Arkansas. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
