He is survived by: his mother Pasty Joyce Wheeler-Hasty of Ola; his wife Carrie Lacy of Ola; his children, Chase Hasty (Tosha) of Casa, Heidi Stillwell (Dusty) of Springdale and Maelee Hasty; his grandchildren, Tristin, Jayden, Braxton, Danity, Connor and Isaac; his siblings, Jim Hasty (Myong) of Russellville and Susan Ridenour (Don) of Bellville; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Orr, Jessica Gibson, Elizabeth James, Joshua Hasty and Nathan Ridenour. He is also survived by numerous cousins, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
