He was predeceased by: his father George Elwin; his sister Donna Smith; and his parents-in-law, Loyd and Avanell Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Osterhout; his children, Ronald Keith Osterhout, Jr. and Jennifer Leanne Alford (Joe); his siblings, Gary Osterhout, Sr., Janis Williams (James) and Patricia Hessler (Wes); his grandchildren, Samantha Kent (Ryan), Matthew Jones and Isabella Esquivel; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Howell and Mikel Frazier (Misty); and his nephew Kaden Waston.
