He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Mae Cox; his daughter Danetta Fultz; and his father-in-law Raymond Beck. He is survived by: his wife Caren Fultz; his children, Robert Jr., Souksamlane Fultz of Belleville, Tracey, Shadrick Whala of Gravelly, Johnathan and Olivia Napoli-Fultz of Honolulu, Hawaii; his siblings, Ella Mae Purdion, Ray Fultz, Diane, Bob Applegate, Alyce Purdion, Sherry and Greg Filkins; and his mother-in-law Catherine Beck of Danville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
