She was predeceased by: her father Hartsell Lewis; her granddaughter Hattie Jo Orrell; the father of her children Michael Orrell; and her siblings, Stevie Lewis and Darlene Lewis.
She is survived by: her mother Bernice Douglas Lewis; her sons, Michael "Micky" Edward Orrell and Steven Cordel Orrell; her siblings, Charles Lewis (Latricia), O'Neal Lewis (Carla Gennings) and Karla Ketchum (Rickey); and her granddaughter Braylee Orrell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
