She was predeceased by: her parents, David Dewey and Lillie Mae Davenport Lewis; her husband Charles Francis Freeze; and her siblings, Jeraldine Barnes, Betty Burnett, O. J. and Hartsell Lewis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie Baskin, Dewey Joe Lewis of Ola and David Wayne Lewis of Ola. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
