He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waite and Blanche Loy Finley; and his brothers, Jerry Don Waite and Larry Waite. He is survived by: his wife Jannie Bradshaw Waite of Okolona; his children, Joseph Cody Waite (Joe Bolima) of Hot Springs, Jerry Ryan Waite (Amber) of Arkadelphia, Michelle Richards (David) of Bethel Springs, TN and Angie Smith (Tim Fendley) of Arkadelphia; his siblings, Danny Waite (Martha) of Malvern and Mary Helen Fontanillas (Greg) of Dallas, TX; his stepmother Patricia Waite of Texas; his mother-in-law Rosemary Bradshaw of Pearcy; and his grandchildren, Lacy Richards, Andrew Richards, Mikayla Wheeler, Chloe Smith, Jayden Waite, Declan Waite and Maddox Fendley. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
