He was predeceased by: his father Scottie G. Parmer Sr.; and his nephews, Andrew Hannah and Colin Hannah. He is survived by: his mother Mary Anderson Parmer; his wife Lesa Parmer; his children, Jeremy Scot Parmer (Kim) of Jonesboro and Megan Cook Davis (Weldon) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Lofton Davis, Pearce Davis, Logan Morris and Lilykay Morris; his sisters, Deborah Parmer Jarrett (Dennis) of Newark, Becky Hannah (Frank) of Newport and Katy Dobson of Oil Trough; his aunt Linda Anderson Raborn of Bradford; his cousin Leslie; and his aunts, Beth Robinson of Bradford and Judy Mayfield of Russell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oil Trough Community Center (50 Main St, Oil Trough, AR 72564).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
