He is survived by: his parent Betty Owen (Batson) of Oil Trough; his daughter Misty Heath of Oil Trough; his sister Jennifer Richardson (Bruce) of Newport; and his grandchildren, Josh Heath of Banner, Stevie Ann Heath of Banner, Zackary Heath of Batesville and Ethan Patterson of Batesville.
