He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marvin and Della Sisk (Laster); and his brothers, John Hogan Sisk and Kenny Sisk. He is survived by: his spouses, Miss Patsy Sullivan and Patsy Sisk (Sullivan); his children, Karen Sisk of Oil Trough and James David Sisk (Ember) of Melbourne; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Cairns (Rowan) of Batesville, Victoria Sisk of Melbourne and Collin Sisk of Melbourne; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Cairns and Charlotte "Charlie" Cairns; and his sister Dorothy Williams of Independence, Missouri. He is also survived by five nephews, three nieces; many great-nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
