He is survived by: his father Lanny Heath; his friends, Brandon Reefer, Bobby Carol, Jamie Goyne and Danny Henderson; his children, Josh Heath and Stevie Heath; his sister Misty Gail Heath; and his grandmother Betty Owen. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
