We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020, at the age of 81, Roberta A. Manning of Oden, Arkansas, born in Oakland, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Giles Wall and Ena Wall (Kipps); her husband Mickey Manning; her son Michael Manning; and her sister Phyllis Wall.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Manning (Stephanie) and Michelle Brown; and her grandchildren, Casey Gonzalez (Andrew), Timothy Coffman, Kara Garrett (Michael), Devyn Helms and Rebekah Brown. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
