He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Zeb Ballew and Imogene Mooring Ballew. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ballew of Oden; his children, Randal Ballew (Teresa) of Jonesboro, Ralph B. Ballew (Wendi) of Bryant and Hope Hendrix of Rison; his siblings, Kent Ballew of Conway and Gelene Malmstrom of Monroe, LA; and his grandsons, Brian Ballew, Brice Ballew, Randal Ballew, Andrew Hendrix and Nathan Hendrix.
