She is survived by: her husband Gene Spurling of Oden; her children, David, Vickie Rice of Oden, Shelley, Rayburn Gaston of Oden, Debra, Kenny Hornaday of Camden, Bryan, Andi Spurling of Magnolia, Shannon, Jay Dyer of Nashville, Jennie Spurling of Nashville, Regina, Kenny Garmon of Mena and Travis Spurling of Story; and her brother Richard Johnson of Glenwood. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
