She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Sr. Carter and Fannie Carter (Hughes); her husband Charlie Singleton; and her siblings, Robert Carter II, Floyd Carter, Opal Warren and Faye Gladden.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Singleton (Rene) and Loretta Singleton Lotz (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Kim Singleton Wilkins, Laura Singleton, Chris Singleton, Jayme Singleton and Andy Martin. She is also survived by grandkids and a numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends.
