He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Carmack and Dorothy Carmack; his brothers, James Roy Carmack and Steven Lee Carmack; and his child Robbie Jean Carmack.

He is survived by: his children, Chris Carmack (Jeanne) of Mt and Jennifer Paige Carmack of Royal; his grandchildren, Brandon Carmack, Britany Pierce, Emi Lee Pardue and William Lee "Trey" Long, III; his great grandchildren, Nohri Rain Lofton and Truston Pat Pierce; his siblings, Kenneth Carmack (Ann) of Clarksville, Tennessee Douglas Carmack (Martha) of Oden, Arkansas Joe Carmack (Linda) of Pine Ridge, Arkansas Robert Carmack (Christine) of Oden, Linda Faye Lenard (Ricky) of Oden, Arkansas Anita Willborg (Mark) of Oden, Arkansas Martha Lambert (Jerry) of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas Julie Carmack of Mt and Arkansas Numerous; and also Ida. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and a host of friends.
