He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Powell; his parents, Helen Golden and William Powell; and his sister Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Carey; his son-in-law Richard Carey; his granddaughter Finley of Little Rock; and his sisters, Veronica Glover of Lonoke and Linda Jolly of Mt. Ida.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114).
