He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Palmer and Lillian Palmer; his former wife Myrtle Jean Palmer; his wife Willo Dean Parsley Palmer; his siblings, Doyle Palmer, Gordon Palmer, Frankie Palmer, Larry Palmer, Aaron Palmer, Louise Young, Betty Crook, Martha Hardin, Elaine Coon, Faye Lynn Jennings and Baby; and his great grandchild David Michael Holst.
He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Palmer (Diana) of Sheridan, Randy Palmer (Teresa) of Ohio, Mike Parsley (Melody) of Little Rock and Todd Parsley (Sam) of Cabot; his siblings, Ricky Palmer (Deloris), Bonnie Jett, Peggy Morris and Patsy Barnhill (George); his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Palmer and Betty Palmer; his grandchildren, Karen Palmer, Jennifer Holst (Kyle), Heath Palmer, Alex Palmer, Clayton Palmer, Dylan Palmer, Will Parsley, Molly Parker, Alex Wuneburger and Aaron Parsley; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Hayden and Emma Grace Holst; his grandchildren, Emerson Parsley, Amelia Sullivan, Briggston Parker and Hattie Dean Parker; and also Lou Mellor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - North Little (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
