He is survived by: his parents, Richard Moore and Pamela Moore; his wife Dana Moore; his children, David Moore (Crystal) of Sherwood, AR, Kayla Moore (Blake) of Cabot, AR and Katlain Moore of Junction City, AR; his grandchildren, Taylor Moore, Blayne Moore and Phoenyx Coffman; his sister Renea Smith (Roger); and his mother-in-law Audrey Boyles. He is also survived by extended family, his dogs, and many friends.
