She is survived by: her husband Jerry Blevins; her children, Doug Blevins (Donata), Deresa Jackson (Mark), David Blevins and Deann Glaze (Mike); and her grandchildren, Jason Blevins, Amber Sherrill, Jeremy Blevins, Jennifer Sherrill Smith, Lindsey Monroe, Chris McGowan and Nick McGowan.
